All B and B Scales LLC products have an end-to-end 1-year warranty. We stand behind everything we sell. If you have any problems whatsoever with your weighing equipment, we want to hear from you.

In addition, we are happy to provide free telephone support for your scales for as long as you own them. If you have technical problems, call us. This includes installing, calibrating, using or troubleshooting your scales.
